The Brief

This project aimed to highlight Spotify's app features with a video advertisment.

Challenges Faced

We faced two main challenges: first, effectively communicating Spotify's features visually, given that motion is integral to our design—what creative approaches could we take? The second challenge was how to strategize the video creation and distribute the workload efficiently. Through in-depth discussions, brainstorming sessions, and feedback from lecturers and peers, we were able to develop a solid plan and a clear concept to build upon.


Design Solution

Using CI (Corporate Identity) from Spotify to guide us on how to design and research when creating the Spotify motion graphic. Heavily relying on storyboarding and scriptwriting to create a cohesive story for our video. Finally we utilized our new profound knowledge with Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro to stich and cut the videos.
