Challenges Faced

To overcome the challenges of communitcating to a big group of students, these posters serve as a way to indirectly tell them what to do when us as a staff is busy or not around.

Design Solution

Firstly, I had to come up with a style that represents the identity as a IT Staff what would the colour palette be and how do I convey the message in a tone thats not stern. I did some research by moodboarding grabbing inspiration on platforms like Pinterest and Cosmos to figure out what design principles I would integrate into my posters. For the colour palette I ended up using black and white due to limitations of the available printers that I have access to in the room. With that limitation in mind I utilised bold rounded typography and a mix of interesting graphics to build around the colour palette optimizing visuals and messaging straying off from a corporate style to attract the kids to read whatever was on the poster.
